Time to Start Stockpiling
Greetings to all Communities and Peoples of Harmony and Liberty,
I’m writing this to draw attention to some things that I have noticed and wish to present for thought. I am not sure if this is happening to other areas in the country and can only speak for here where I am. On your next trip to market pay close attention to the selves and think closely on the amounts of food that are stocked I’ve noticed a declining amount being stock compared to when I was working as a stocker. With a declining amount of food available as the economy and taxes go up more people will be forced into the system to get food stamps and assistance from the failing programs. I have heard stories from the former Soviet Union About stores with bare shelves and people being forced to do just that, during that time a lot of people left cities on weekends and started growing food in the country as well bartering for food with those that did grow it. Another fact I’ve based this observation on, I know an individual who lived through the Communist takeover of Cuba and is now a legal citizen of the US. From what I learned from this person things currently going on are how it started. I was told of how the family was forced to smuggle food they grown hidden inside a car seat to family living in cities.
This is where we must consider what is happening here may be headed in that direction. Sure it is not yet to that point but those of us that can, should consider starting gardens even if it’s something as simple as a Topsy Turby tomato plant. We should start to preserve these things as well, and stock pile Non Perishable foods (i.e. Ramen noodles, rice, dried bean, Dehydrated foods and if you got access military MRE’s, Dried whole grains). As well canning is a great thing to learn in this time ahead it is a dying thing and we have forgotten what our forefathers did to survive. With growing your own garden think of it this way you can know your food is safe and free of pesticides and grow as naturally and organic as you choose to. It could be with me since I live in area where this is still prevalent with the older generation only on small scale compared to what they did in day now gone.
So in conclusion with decline of the food supply the people will be controlled in the name of supplying for them and their families. Cities will have food riots, ( I’m sure we have all seen Robo Cop if not or if you haven’t in a long time I suggest you watch all three of them and think) Most of this is based on my observations I’ve not gone in to conspiracies even though I know they play a role in this. Together we can help each other survive if things get worse. One last thing before I end this Stockpiling doesn’t apply just to food if you have fabrics or even access to glass bottles or anything that could be used in any way and from what I’ve gathered most of us here are artist or know artist so we know how things can be reused if for nothing else but storage.
